It is so wonderful to have a history curriculum which puts the history related in Scripture into the timeline of ancient history! So often, we segregate the history of the Bible from the history of early civilization, tempting us to think of Scripture as “legend.”  Here the stories are intertwined and we see how even the deep paganism of Egypt was used to progress the narrative of God’s salvation for his people.  As with Cornerstone’s other curriculum, much of the history is expounded through good stories which, even though, fictional, offer an insight into Egyptian family life.
